I am writing to you to commend you and your staff for an excellent example of old fashioned service and craftsmanship.

You were able to create the perfect space for me to use as secure extra storage and a product that will enhance my garden.  In many new houses of the type I have bought there is a distinct lack of extra storage space.  it was your advice that convinced me to take the slightly larger building so that we would have extra space within the house.

You can your staff were efficient and polite, left no residue and I noticed how much care and pride you all took in making sure I was left with no discarded screws and shavings for me to tread on.  As a result I am now proudly showing your work off to neighbours and friends, I am sure this will result in extra work for you as a result.

I would like to thank you for the two gates that you manufactured and installed at my home.  They look fantastic and complete the view of the front of the house from the road.  I was concerned that they would rattle on their latches when the wind got up, but I have found however that the alley ways are actually far less windy.  Now my child can play at the rear of the property awithout us having to worry about her wandering out onto the road and our neighbours will be most greatful that our dog won't be visiting them again.

Being a joiner of some 30 years, my father-in-law was quite offended when I asked for a quote, when the quote came back he agreed that it was very reasonable.  Upon inspection he was impressed both with the quality of the gates and the weatherproof finish on them, and confirmed that the installation was up to his high standards.  (As a Son-in-law it can take a lifetime to get such an accolade!)

So it's offical, a seal of approval from Father Pete and an assurance from me that I will be recommending you to all our friends and family going forward.
