Terms and Conditions
Prices Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order was placed. Please note that all prices shown on the site are in British Pounds Sterling. Heritage Garden Buildings Ltd. have the right to change and alter pricing where it deems neccessary without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on your postcode area. E&OE Tax Charges (VAT) All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, please call us to order by phone. Delivery Charges Online Store Please note that ground preparation and installation is not included. You must ensure that you have sufficient space for the product you are buying, and you will need to prepare the site area and ground. Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure you have someone available to accept the products, bearing in mind that the packages for certain products can be heavy. The goods are delivered to the side of the road, it is your responsibility to carry it from this point. Bespoke sheds and buildings Prices quoted which include delivery and installation are within a 30 mile radius of our factory. Please contact us for a price for delivery outside the 30 mile radius. We normally expect the groundwork to be complete prior to the delivery date of your building. Please look at the groundworks page for information on how to prepare the base. It is important that we have access to the site, and that it is ready when we deliver the building. International Orders - prices are the same as UK orders, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please call for details. International customers If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due. Missing Parts or Spares This is for Plum Products ONLY!!! Returning an unwanted item Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. You may return items to us for exchange, replacement, or refund (not including sale items, nor bespoke items) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, providing the item remains in all original packaging with all original labels attached and has not been used, cleaned / coloured, soiled or damaged in anyway and the appropriate receipt is tendered. You will pay the return postage costs. If you would like to replace the product for a larger or smaller size then a full refund will be given and full payment for the new product will be taken. Returning a faulty item If you return an item because it was faulty when delivered, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS. We will refund your carriage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic carriage charge. Returns Procedure Simply contact us on 01282 603219 for returns authorisation. Unwanted item: Postage & packaging is non-refundable and return shipping is at purchaser's expense. (Return shipping includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to us) Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse. Security We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us. The shopping cart has a security licence confirming that it is safe for e-commerce use. This is for your safety as some sites do not have these and you should only order from secure encrypted sites. When you proceed to the checkout you should see a small padlock in the bottom right corner of your screen - look for this on any e-commerce site to confirm its security. You can also double click on the padlock to view the licence. We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is received. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment. The purchase area of our site is secure and has a security licence. This means that the information is encrypted using industry standard SSL Technology (i.e. ALL SECURE DETAILS PASSED BETWEEN YOUR COMPUTER AND OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE READ BY ANYONE ELSE AS THE INFORMATION IS ENCODED). |
