Our Building Cover Plan applies to building and sheds built by Heritage Garden Buildings, it does not apply to the Lifetime or Plum range of products. The plan  covers:

• All call out charges
• If the door swells and is binding when closed
• If the roof boards swell
• If the roofing felt is damaged due to birds, trees etc then that will be replaced
• Broken windows
• Sticky locks and hinges that we have provided
• Quick call out times

What is not covered:

• Materials used in nay job (roofing felt is excempt form this)
• Timber treatment (we recomment treatment every 12 months)
• Replacement new boards
• Moving the building
• Stripping the building down
• Storm damage

All this from just £30.00 for 12 months cover for each building.

By taking out this cover you will have peace of mind that in the unfortunate event of a raining is spot or if swelling of the timber does occur we will rectify the problem immediately.

Warm weather dries out the timber, in wet weather the timber swells up. We make every effort to allow for swelling in our production methods, however this cannot be predicted accurately. 

If you are storing expensive items such as a lawnmower, bikes etc then get a raining in spot it needs sorting out immediately, and our Buliding Cover Plan is exactly what you need.
